Once you total your scores, you’ll get a quick breakdown of what your results mean — plus tips on where to focus next.
Step 4: Take Action Inside the Studio
Your self-assessment isn’t the finish line — it’s your starting point.
From there, you can join Ambitiously Average Studio to access classes, community support, and a training that fits your goals.
You’ll be scored on these key areas to determine your score:

Volume
Measures frequency, consistency, and commitment.

Intent
Measures awareness, technique, and alignment with goals.

Fuel
Measures nutrition, recovery, and self-awareness.
